Referral Policy
Patients are seen by referral only. The following information is needed to schedule a referral appointment:
Client's name and phone number
Patient's name, age, species and breed
A description of the problem
Please send all pertinent radiographs and laboratory work with your client. If your client is unable to bring this information with them, please send by email, fax or mail.
